How to Deodorize Ugg Boots
1.Mix together the baking soda and cornflour. Add the essential oil if you are using it - only a few drops though as you want a dry mixture, not a damp or clumpy one. Note that the baking soda is a deodorizer in and of itself, so the essential oil is only adding a new scent.
2.Tip some of the mixture into each boot and shake around to cover as much of the inner sole area as possible. Tip towards the toe and tip back towards the heel and try to evenly coat the foot area. You can clasp the upper end of the boot and tip the boot upside down to shake the mixture around also. Use as much as is needed to coat.
3.Put the boots to one side and allow to stand overnight. The mixture will work its magic.
4.Take the boots outside the next day. Shake them vigorously to remove the mixture from the inside of the boots. What does not come off won't harm your feet or socks; in fact, it's good for feet too! The ugg boots should now smell good again.
5.Repeat this regularly. You should aim to deodorize your ugg boots more frequently than you clean them.
